BIBI identifies DNA sequences of bacteria

The first version of this bacteria DNA sequence identification webtool (BIBI) was initially written by Devulder et Al. 2003 [1] and has been completely redesigned and rewritten. The main developpers are now Jean-Pierre Flandrois (database analysis and general scripts) and Manolo Gouy (tree visualisation programs).
