Term of use of the restricted area

Access to the restricted area is limited to registred users.
Registred users may upload their private sequences datadase. An uploaded database remains the property of the uploader but this does not signify that the database is owned by the uploader outside PhyId?.
The restricted area is a shared space, all the databases may be used by any of the other registered users.
The registered users accepts not to use identification, sequences and any information obtained from other non-public databases in any type of publication like scientific paper, presentations, patent, without the explicit permission of the owner of the database.
A flawed database will be hidden or deleted from the restricted area on our own decision. Access rigths of a registrated user not respecting the Term Of Use of the restricted area may be supressed on our own decision.
